Refund Policy

A damaged, faulty, mis-shipped, incomplete, or materially misdescribed item may qualify for return or exchange when reported within 30 calendar days of delivery. Simple changes of mind, personal taste, and selection mistakes are outside our voluntary return program. Statutory protections remain unaffected.

Evidence and authorization

Send dineshd33293@gmail.com the order number, checkout email, issue summary, and suitable images or video of the goods, their packaging, and included pieces. Wait for written approval before mailing a return. We then provide the proper address and steps. Exchanges remain dependent on the review outcome and stock.

Money returned

Once a refund is approved, it is initiated to the original payment method within 10 calendar days; later account posting is controlled by the bank or payment service.
